Our Team

Mohsin Munir has spent fifteen years teaching across Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, China, and Spain — working with students from over forty nationalities across American, British, and Canadian curricula. That experience did not produce a polished theory about education. It produced an honest understanding of where learning systems serve students well, and where they leave them behind.

His academic background spans business, language, history, and education. He holds a BBA, an MBA, a BA in English Literature, History, and Education, and a Master's in Education Leadership and Management — with a thesis focused on the Hidden Curriculum and its largely unexamined influence on how students experience schooling beyond what is formally taught. He also holds a diploma in Fashion and Textile Design and a background in Oracle 10g development. He is currently a doctoral candidate researching AI hallucination in education — a subject with direct consequences for how EdTech platforms are built and trusted.

At Skyen Solutions, he leads product direction, curriculum alignment, and the overall vision of the company. His work is built on one position he has held since the first classroom: that quality education must be affordable, that technology must be used with accountability, and that the people building tools for learners carry a responsibility to get it right.

He is still working on getting it right.

Sibt e Hassan is working with us as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Lead Developer at Skyen Solutions. He holds a background in Pre-Engineering, which shaped his foundation in systems thinking and problem solving.

He brings over seven years of experience in building mobile and web applications that are stable, scalable, and built with purpose. At Skyen Solutions, he leads the technical direction of our platforms. He defines architecture, reviews development workflows, and ensures that every system is built to perform under real use.

His role goes beyond development. He works closely with the team, guiding and mentoring developers to maintain consistency and quality across all products.

Hamza Munir is working with us as a Mid-Level Flutter Developer at Skyen Solutions. With a background in software engineering, he focuses on building production-ready applications that perform reliably across platforms.

At Skyen Solutions, he is responsible for developing and scaling key features within our mobile applications. His work is grounded in clean architecture and structured state management, ensuring that systems remain maintainable as they grow.

He contributes steadily across the development cycle, translating product requirements into working solutions without unnecessary complexity. His approach is practical and consistent, which makes him a dependable part of the development team.

Fizza Ijaz is working with us as a Junior Flutter Developer at Skyen Solutions. She is currently pursuing a degree in Software Engineering, which supports her growing role within the team.

At Skyen Solutions, she plays a key role in developing and maintaining the websites across our platforms and products. Alongside web work, she also contributes to cross-platform application development, supporting feature implementation and system improvements.

Her work reflects a careful and structured approach, with attention to clarity and performance. She continues to grow through hands-on involvement in real projects, contributing while building her technical depth.

Hooria Anmol is working with us as a Junior Graphic Designer at Skyen Solutions. She is currently a student and is building her skills alongside her academic journey.

At Skyen Solutions, she supports the design of visual assets across our platforms. She approaches her work with focus and discipline, taking feedback seriously and applying it with care.

Her willingness to learn and her consistent effort stand out. She continues to improve with each task, and her contribution reflects a strong work ethic and a clear intent to grow in her field.

Muhammad Hammad is working with us as an ASO Specialist and Marketing Strategist at Skyen Solutions. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance, which supports his structured and data-driven approach to growth.

He brings experience in app store optimization, user acquisition, and performance analysis across mobile applications. His work has focused on improving visibility, increasing conversions, and strengthening overall product positioning through careful research and continuous testing.

At Skyen Solutions, he is responsible for optimizing how our products are presented and discovered across platforms. He studies user behaviour, refines store presence, and works closely with design and development to ensure that every release is aligned with market expectations.

Hira Batool worked with us in the area of Quality Assurance at Skyen Solutions. She is a Software Engineering student, and during her time with us, she contributed to testing and validation across our applications.

Her work focused on identifying issues, verifying functionality, and helping ensure that features performed as expected before release. She approached her responsibilities with attention to detail and a clear understanding of the importance of reliability.

She was part of the team for a brief period, and we are thankful for the effort she put into her work. Her contribution supported the overall stability of our platforms during that phase.
